About Winfield Cove Subdivision

It’s all about timing.

  When I started Winfield Cove with the original developers, we thought the property was ideal for a large lot second home development.  We built roads in the firs phase, graveled them, and advertised.  Everyone who showed up bought for full time residency!  The end result, after the second phase was completed (by myself and a partner) was that with the traffic caused by everyone who lived there going in and out several times a day, made it essential that the road be paved-and it is.

  Winfield Cove is a large lot full timer development filled with fine homes.  All homes have well and septic.  The POA is formed and governs the development collects $250.00 a year for road maintenance, and $50.00 for administration.  There is 1 lot left.  See Lots and Acreage
